We're hiring a seasoned Superintendent to lead a high-profile data center project in Bethlehem, PA. This is a long-term, multi-year build involving major site work. If you've supervised large-scale mission critical projects ($150M+), we want to talk.

Compensation & Perks

• Up to $200K base salary

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of commercial construction experience

• Proven longevity at past employers (no job hoppers - 5, 10, 15 years at one company preferred)

• Mission critical / data center experience required

• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)

• Procore proficiency required;
Bluebeam and Primavera a plus

Work Schedule

• Expect 12-hour days, 6 days/week for this project

• Some projects run on 40-hour weeks, but this one is intensive
