What You'll Do

* Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service.

* Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.

* Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.

* Make recommendations according to customer's needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK best practices.

* Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.

* Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.

What We're Looking For

* Excellent customer service skills and problem solving.

* Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management.

* Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs.

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Associates degree is preferred.

* Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

* A minimum of one year of inside sales or customer service is required. Outside sales and/or TWO MEN AND A TRUCK or moving industry experience is preferred.
