PT Customer Service Representative

The PT Customer Service Representative position at National Fitness Partners is a part‑time role with an hourly rate starting at $15.00, with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
