Outpatient Clinic - Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 13
- Total Number of Beds: 250
- Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 8
- Other Cardiologists are present during Locum's Coverage
- The Locum Physician is Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers
- Patient Age Demographic:
Adult, Geriatric - Documentation System/EMR:
Meditech Expanse
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- All required at time of name clear
- Active MA license - Required, no exceptions
- BLS/ACLS - Required
- Board Certified - Required
- COVID vaccination - Required
- Clean background for quick credentialing - Required, no exceptions
