Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $26.00/hr

RBT Behavior Technician (ABA)

• Job Type: Per Diem, weekdays, evenings & possible weekends
• Location:
  
  Caseload in Northern Berkshire County (North Adams office)

Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and supports to children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), focusing on increasing language, self-help, play, social skills, ADL skills, and reducing challenging behaviors. Work under supervision of a BCBA in homes or community settings, collaborating with families and other specialists to implement behavioral treatment plans.

Must obtain RBT certification and complete Safety Care training within 6 months of hire.

• Provisional certification by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) as a paraprofessional or Behavior Technician, requiring a bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in ABA, early childhood, or special education preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  RBT, BCAT, ABAT, or Senior Behavior Therapist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of community health resources.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Flexible schedule, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, private vehicle, insurance, and immunization proof for MMR.
