Overview:
Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel MRI Technologist to join a dynamic imaging team in North Adams, MA. This role involves performing MRI scans on GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. The MRI Tech will work alongside another tech or aide, with call coverage after midnight.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures.

• Operate GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 MRI equipment efficiently.

• Collaborate with another MRI Tech or Tech Aide; never work solo.

• Provide coverage on call as required, including evenings and weekends.

• Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of current MRI experience.

• ARRT (MR) Certification – Required.

• Experience with GE MRI equipment – Required.

• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and take on-call shifts as needed.

• Current BLS certification required.

Patient Volume:

• Approximately 9 patients per shift.
