RoleSpecifics and Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vitals, and administer medications with precision.
- Manage IV therapy, wound care, drainage systems, and post‑operative care as needed.
- Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and patient education, ensuring families understand medications, precautions, and follow‑up steps.
- Coordinate with physicians, case managers, physical and occupational therapists, social workers, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless transitions from admission through discharge.
- Document in the EHR accurately and timely, guided by best practices and hospital policy.
- Mentor new team members, contribute to unit protocols, and engage in quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient outcomes.
Compensation includes a competitive weekly pay range of $2,431 to $2,491, with potential for a sign‑on bonus, housing assistance, and extension opportunities. You will also receive 24/7 dedicated support from the traveling team.
