We are looking for a skilled CNA to become part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team. The CNA will interact directly with residents, providing comfort and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to be a vital link between our patients and the nursing staff.

North Adams Commons Rehab & Nursing Center offers a team of professionals to help residents on their road to recovery following a hospital stay or surgery. We provide a range of care options including Rehabilitation, Short-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Respite, and Hospice.

• Competitive pay: $18.00 – $22.09 an hour (based on years of experience)
• Sign‑on bonus: $4,000 for full‑time commitment

• Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (includes differential pay)
• Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes differential pay)

• Provide quality nursing care
• Comply with all aspects of residents' rights
• Document patient care

• Graduate of accredited state nursing aide training program
• Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required
