• Competitive Pay
  : $85,000 – $100,000 a year (based on years of experience)

• Schedule and manage process for mandated in-services
• Coordinates orientation for all new hire employees
• Acts as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/ requirements
• Handles Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives
• Performs other duties as needed or as assigned by the administrator

• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Five (5) years Long Term care experience preferred
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required
