Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-screening protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Screen personnel, visitors, and deliveries entering the facility in accordance with established procedures, including verifying identification, reviewing access authorization, and directing individuals to appropriate check-in points.;
Monitor entry points, screening equipment, and assigned areas for unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or access-control concerns; report observations through established communication channels.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned business areas and the perimeter, documenting observations and helping to deter unauthorized access
