Senior Search Consultant & Search Team Manager | Wife & Mom

We’re partnering with a growing, privately held construction company in the North Atlanta area to identify a Controller who will bring leadership, structure, and excellence to the company’s accounting function.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and month‑end/year‑end close.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, banking, and reconciliations.
• Lead job costing, WIP reporting, and AIA billing accuracy.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to guide decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls, optimize processes, and drive effective use of Net Suite and Procore
  .
• Lead and mentor an accounting team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Report directly to ownership and serve as a key financial advisor.

• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in construction or heavy civil industries

• Strong background in job costing.
