• 425+ bed not for profit medical center

  • 3 Cardiac Surgeons, 5 General Cardiologists, interventional cardiology, structural heart cardiology, and electrophysiology
  • Advanced Heart Failure APP support in hospital and clinic
  • 22 patients per full day clinic, on average
  • Established LVAD monitoring clinic
• Shared call 1:8- sub specialists rotate with general cardiology team
