HR Generalist – Global Medical Company | North Atlanta (Hybrid)

Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) - must live in Atlanta metro area
A global medical technology company is seeking a hands-on, business-minded HR Generalist to support its growing North Atlanta campus. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, HRIS, employee support, and process improvement.

- A proactive, business-focused HR approach—you improve processes, not just follow them
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with HRIS (Success Factors a plus), payroll, and benefits
- Problem-solver with strong follow-through and a people-first mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 4+ years in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Analyst role
- Strong critical thinking, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate across team
