This company is seeking an experienced Ground-Up Superintendent to lead field operations for a major warehouse construction project in Upstate New York.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Superintendent who knows how to take a project from dirt to turnover. You’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, maintain project schedules, and serve as a key point of contact between the field team and project management.

The project is a large-scale warehouse development, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with experience managing ground-up commercial, industrial, distribution, or large-scale building projects.

• Lead a major ground-up warehouse project from sitework through completion
• Take ownership of day-to-day field operations
• Work alongside an experienced project management and leadership team
• Coordinate a large network of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Play a key role in maintaining project schedule, quality, and safety
