Bartender – Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar

We are seeking a friendly, energetic and dedicated Bartender to join our team. If you enjoy creating a memorable bar experience, have a passion for mixology and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.

As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, adhere to established standards, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for staff and customers alike. You will work closely with servers to ensure timely service and uphold the high quality that Applebee's is known for.

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Applebee's® standards.
• Interact courteously with guests and team members, making every visit positive.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Operate daily on a flexible schedule, contributing to team success.
• Be at least 21 years old, capable of clear communication and teamwork.
• Demonstrate commitment to making a meaningful impact in the workplace.

• Starting wage of $6.75 per hour plus tips.

You must be able to remain stationary, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive movements. Protective hand and face coverings, use of disinfectant cleaning supplies, and frequent hand washing are required throughout the shift.
