Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security
• Assist in maintaining stockroom organization and store cleanliness
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Leader

• Previous retail experience; a love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
