Overview

A. Buckley Landscaping has an excellent opportunity for a Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals seeking to establish a career with a growing organization.   • Base pay of $60,000 to 65,000 annually depending on experience, plus opportunities for commission

Requirements

Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:

  • Previous experience in landscaping;
  • Knowledge of landscape installation for landscape enhancement projects;
  • Broad knowledge of horticulture and landscape design and construction;
  • Basic knowledge of materials and labor costs;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, spoken and written, internally and externally;
  • A strong sales mentality;
  • A working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel;
  • Previous CRM experience is required;
  • A valid drivers license and clear Motor Vehicle Report required.
Responsibilities
  • Implementing sales strategies and tactics in order to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals;
  • Conducting client and prospect visits in order to sell landscaping services;
  • Identifying and developing new client relationships;
  • Developing ongoing client relationships;
  • Attending networking events to develop new business opportunities;
  • Developing strategic partner relationships to create an ongoing pipeline of referrals;
  • Participating in marketing services to current clients and developing referrals for new work sources;
  • Creating and designing proposals for projects based on information gathered in client meetings, ensuring proposals are accurate and set the team up for success;
  • Managing a snow portfolio during winter months;
  • Other duties as assigned.
