Overview
A. Buckley Landscaping has an excellent opportunity for a Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals seeking to establish a career with a growing organization. This means your ideas and recommendations will have a meaningful impact on the day-to-day operations of the organization.
We offer a great work environment and competitive compensation program, including:
- Base pay of $60,000 to 65,000 annually depending on experience, plus opportunities for commission

Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:
- Previous experience in landscaping;
- Knowledge of landscape installation for landscape enhancement projects;
- Broad knowledge of horticulture and landscape design and construction;
- Basic knowledge of materials and labor costs;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, spoken and written, internally and externally;
- A strong sales mentality;
- A working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel;
- Previous CRM experience is required;
- A valid drivers license and clear Motor Vehicle Report required.
- Implementing sales strategies and tactics in order to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals;
- Conducting client and prospect visits in order to sell landscaping services;
- Identifying and developing new client relationships;
- Developing ongoing client relationships;
- Attending networking events to develop new business opportunities;
- Developing strategic partner relationships to create an ongoing pipeline of referrals;
- Participating in marketing services to current clients and developing referrals for new work sources;
- Creating and designing proposals for projects based on information gathered in client meetings, ensuring proposals are accurate and set the team up for success;
- Managing a snow portfolio during winter months;
- Other duties as assigned.
