We are a 50+ year established specialty construction company looking for the right person to join our team as an Apprentice.

This is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to learn a specialized trade, develop valuable skills, grow within a successful company, and earn a great living.

You’ll learn from experienced professionals while working hands‑on in the field. Your days may include:

• Working on roofs and ladders
• Working in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other challenging environments
• Learning to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Using hand and power tools
• Assisting experienced technicians with construction, repairs, and installations
• Learning how to troubleshoot, problem‑solve, and eventually work independently
• Developing the skills needed to advance and earn more

We’re looking for someone who wants to work, wants to learn, and wants to succeed.

• Comfortable working at heights and in attics, basements, and tight spaces
• Willing to get your hands dirty
• Able to read a tape measure—or willing and able to learn
• A good problem solver who pays attention to detail
• Positive, respectful, and able to work well with a team
• Physically capable of performing the job
• Interested in building a long‑term career
• Motivated by the opportunity to increase your skills and your income
