Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician for a Primary Care role in Augusta, GA who is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
Responsibilities- Outpatient practice, 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Average of 25-30 patients per day.
- 4.5-day work week; schedule 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Friday.
- Share outpatient call with other physician providers for patients in the Primary Care group; not expected to provide call coverage for Emergency Departments or inpatient treatment facilities.
- Procedures include joint injections, minor dermatology, and other office-based procedures.
- Full subspecialty support in Augusta, GA at Piedmont Augusta.
- Mid-level support includes CMA, NP, PA and Clinical Leads.
- Epic EMR with training to maximize efficiency.
- Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Med-Ped.
- Fellowship training will be considered.
- U.S. medical graduates and International medical graduates will be considered.
- Visa sponsorship will be considered (filing criteria).
