Registered Nurse - Acute Care - MedSurg Oncology - Night

The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse role involves providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team in an Oncology Medical-Surgical unit.

• performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• delivering individualized care that respects cultural diversity
• partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education
• promoting evidence-based practice and participating in quality improvement initiatives
• documenting care accurately and supporting team collaboration
• mentoring other nurses and staff
• adhering to organizational policies, legal, and regulatory standards
• contributing to protocol development and resource management

Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
, current RN license (single-state or multi-state), and BLS certification
