• Welcome prospective students, give them an exciting first impression of our programs, and help them take their first steps into martial arts.
• Guide families and individuals in choosing membership options that best support their goals, helping them feel confident and excited about joining.
• Represent Premier in the community through fun local events, school demos, festivals, and business partnerships.
• Generate leads through referrals, digital marketing, and engaging promotions.
• Support instructors by handling scheduling, admin tasks, and providing top‑notch service to students and families.
• Create a positive experience as a friendly, helpful presence that students can rely on for information, support, and encouragement.

• A people‑person with strong communication and sales skills.
• Someone who connects well with families and students of all ages.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a big plus.
• A passion for fitness, martial arts, or helping others grow.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and loves being part of a high‑energy team.
• Martial arts experience is great— but not required!
