Join our team as a Car Wash Supervisor. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team of attendants, and ensure the highest level of customer service.

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring compliance with company policies and exceptional customer service.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to maintain quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
