Belk is seeking a part‑time Beauty Advisor to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience through personalized consultations, product applications, and customized recommendations. The role is commission‑driven and requires enthusiasm for the beauty and fragrance industry.

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences by building relationships with teammates, vendors, customers, and the community.
• Build customer loyalty through excellent service, personalized consultations, and product recommendations.
• Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance.
• Utilize selling tools and digital devices to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Leverage training tools, brand resources, and feedback to continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Merchandise and replenish products, maintain visual merchandising, signage, and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements.
• Support other tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Support store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives.

• Dedication to customer service and store objectives.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows OS).
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move and lift up to 40 lbs, and assist customers with makeup and skincare services.
