Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser

Job Description

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits per the DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure sales rep‑negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to the management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfortable using work‑related applications on personal device.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, carry up to 25 lb; occasionally push/pull over 50 lb.
• Previous retail/grocery experience preferred.
• Live within 25 miles of Augusta, GA or secondary locations Aiken, SC;
  North Augusta, GA.
• Schedule availability:
  Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and one additional weekday as needed.

Hourly rate: $14‑$16 based on experience.
