Overview
Rivercity Insurance And Financial Services is seeking driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Enjoy full‑time or part‑time hours while making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
Base Pay Range$100,000 – $250,000 per year
Additional CompensationAnnual Bonus and Commission. Commission‑based compensation (1099).
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients’ insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients.
- Thrive in a lead‑driven environment with NO COLD CALLING.
- Self‑motivated with results‑driven mindset.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Commission‑based compensation (1099).
- Access to complimentary training to help you succeed.
