Position: Part-Time Sales Assistant for Hyundai/Genesis

We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Sales Assistant position in
North Aurora covering our Hyundai and Genesis stores. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting. The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.

Essential Functions
  • Stock in new vehicles, used car purchases, dealer trades, open repair orders, check recalls, etc.
  • Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepencies.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
  • Order, receive and stock all supplies and refreshements.
  • Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and monitor key tracker system.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours

This is a part-time position. The hours are typically Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 4/5pm to 9pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4/5pm.

Education / Experience

High School Diploma or GED. Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.

  • Pay range for this position:$15.00-$20.00(Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
