Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $10,000 Bonus

Position: Full Time BCBA

Location: North Aurora, IL

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: $75,000 - $87,000 annually, based on experience. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus PLUS Student Loan Repayment Assistance.

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time BCBA at our North Aurora location. We provide ABA services along with PT, OT, and SLP. We look for a professional, compassionate candidate passionate about improving lives of children.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Complete assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families and other therapists.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee program implementation and data collection.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience in outpatient ABA setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
