Immediate Opening: 1st Shift Welder (Overtime Available!)

We are currently seeking a skilled Welder for a premier local manufacturer. This is a fast-paced role for someone who prefers an early start and is looking to maximize their paycheck with consistent overtime.

• Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00 / hr.
• Schedule:
  
  1st Shift (5 AM Start)
• Opportunity:
  Plenty of OT for those looking to earn more.

• Blueprint Literacy:
  Read drawings and measurements to plan layouts and welding procedures.
• Precision Setup:
  Set up components, align parts using calipers/rulers, and utilize grinders for prep work.
• Quality Welding:
  Operate manual or semi-automatic equipment in various positions to weld and repair components.
• Inspection:
  Test and inspect welded surfaces to ensure structural integrity and identify flaws.
• Safety First:
  Maintain equipment and a clean workspace to ensure a safe environment for all.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is required.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Proven ability to work SAFELY adhering to all safety processes and policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift.
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
• Ability to work either individually or in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Must have steel toe shoes.
