• When it comes to the customer experience – manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives a great experience with a custom-fit hair and beauty solution.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and Company policies.
• Maintain an attractive store appearance and standards at all times.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter with the drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Working conditions:

The position requires standing for long periods and may involve bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and occasional lifting of moderately heavy items. The role may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
