As a Car Wash Manager‑in‑Training at Gas N Wash, you will be responsible for learning the day‑to‑day operations of the wash and providing support for the sites you are training at. • Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety.

• Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping.
• Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff.
• Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.
• Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.
• Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention.
• Basic computer skills.
• Any duties assigned by leadership.

• Pay starting at $23+ plus commission for car wash membership sales.

• OPEN AVAILABILITY is REQUIRED. Including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience is REQUIRED.
• Exceptional leadership.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of business management practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time management capabilities.
• Strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Mechanically Inclined.
• Travel between locations for training and development purposes.
• The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
