• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Apply knowledge of air balancing principles and sheet metal practices.
• Operate lifts and equipment safely in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and dispatch.
• Adhere to company safety policies and industry standards.

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and decision‑making abilities.
• Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and repair techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to pursue NATE Certification within one year of employment.
• Ability to obtain a low‑voltage license within two years of employment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Tools required for the job.

• Full‑time
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed

• In‑person fieldwork throughout North Aurora, IL, and surrounding residential areas.
