TCL Electrical and Lightning is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Plumber to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. • Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs on piping systems and fixtures.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, piping diagrams, and building codes.
• Cut, measure, thread, and assemble pipes using hand and power tools.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform high-quality repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with other trades on job sites as part of a unified team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and uphold TCL's safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers.

• Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience (residential or commercial).
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot systems.
• Ability to commute to and work from North Aurora, IL.
• Willing to relocate before starting (if currently outside the area).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
