Supervisor D2C Lead Fulfillment Associate

Overview

The role reports to the Area Manager. The backup for this role is the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

• Receiving
  :
  This team accepts new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system.
• Picking
  :
  The picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately.
• Packing
  :
  The packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment and packing the items correctly.
• Other Duties as Required
  :
  You will be asked to help out in other areas out of your normal day to day responsibilities to ensure the operations run efficiently.
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains safety, quality, and legality. Follow standard operating procedures, report concerns related to product condition or integrity, support traceability through accurate record-keeping, and contribute to continuous improvement and product safety awareness.

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to an 8-10 hr shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• May be required to help out in other departments as needed.
• Willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
• Adapt to change quickly.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required.
• Must be 18 or older.
