At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped with high accuracy and speed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Shift Patterns- Saturday and Sunday 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM
- 18.00 USD hourly
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Locate and retrieve merchandise using RF scanners or pick lists
- Inspect items for damage and pack them securely for shipment
- Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
