As our Sous Chef, youll be the right hand to the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager helping lead our culinary operations from prep to plate. Youll inspire your team, craft unforgettable dishes, and keep everything running as smooth as a perfect bchamel.

• Oversee daily production for catering and hot bar services.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards.
• Ensure every dish looks as good as it tastes consistent, fresh, and full of flavor.
• Coordinate catering orders with precision and flair.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and allergen standards like a pro.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ingredient ordering.
• Keep open communication with front-of-house teams to ensure flawless service.
• Step in as kitchen lead when the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager is off.

• High school diploma or GED
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a fast‑paced kitchen
• 2+ years in a Sous Chef or supervisory role (retail or catering preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial food production and portion control
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions and allergen protocols
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Serv Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
