We are seeking a qualified Drug & Alcohol Counselor to provide direct client services, including screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and documentation within an outpatient setting.

• Conducting ASAM assessments to determine appropriate treatment options
• Facilitating group sessions focused on emotional, social, and familial issues related to substance use disorders
• Documenting client progress accurately in electronic medical records
• Providing updates to referral sources and community partners via reports and communication
• Participating in clinical supervision, QA reviews, and personal development activities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• MHACBO Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I, II, or III, or equivalent

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and support recovery
• Team collaboration and participation in supervision
