Let's Be Friends!

We want team members to feel like they're welcomed with the unique experiences and growth we can offer. Come be part of the special atmosphere and hospitality of the hotel, or the welcoming, fun and friendly character of the restaurants and casino.

Join our team in its dedication to be the leading destination for gaming and hospitality on the beautiful, southern Oregon coast!
Why this job matters

Our Cask Club isn't just about spirits - it's about stories. Each barrel tells one: of the guest who crafted it, the memories shared around it, and the place where it was born. As our Cask Club Manager, you'll be the keeper of that story. You'll connect guests to the magic of Heritage Distilling's craft, to the warmth of Ko-Kwel hospitality, and to the sense of belonging that keeps them coming back - for another bottle, another taste, another unforgettable experience.

This role is part sales, part storytelling, and all heart. You'll invite guests into an experience that goes far beyond the pour - showing them what it means to be part of something rare, local, and deeply personal.

What you bring to the table
  • Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
  • Lead guests through the full Cask Club experience - from first curiosity to final bottle - with enthusiasm, expertise, and genuine hospitality.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with members through authentic conversation, follow-ups, and memorable touchpoints that turn first-time visitors into lifelong fans.
  • Host engaging tastings and tours that highlight both the craft of distilling and the spirit of the Ko-Kwel Casino Resort.
  • Create and maintain an inviting environment in the tasting room, ensuring every guest feels seen, welcomed, and valued.
  • Maintain all Cask Club areas, including the bottling room pantry, in a clean, organized, and guest-ready condition. Ensure all products are properly labeled, rotated, and dated for freshness and compliance.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed inventories of all Cask Club items, including bottles, pantry supplies, equipment and tasting materials, so the team always knows what's on hand.
  • Prepare clear and timely requisitions for Cask Club supplies, bottles, equipment and pantry items, and follow up with Purchasing to confirm receipt of orders and expected delivery dates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, F&B and resort teams to promote the Cask Club as a signature Ko‑Kwel experience - not just a membership, but a story worth sharing.
  • Track memberships, bottle orders and guest communications accurately and efficiently, keeping the operation smooth and guest‑focused.
  • Support training of team members to represent the Cask Club with consistency, confidence and warmth.
  • Work with Heritage Distilling partners to maintain program integrity, uphold licensing requirements and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Hire, train and manage the staff supporting the Cask Club, ensuring exceptional service, accurate fulfilment and a consistent brand experience for Members.
  • Provide support for Cask Club Members barrel tastings and bottling orders at peak fulfilment times.
  • Provide ongoing training to restaurant and bar staff on all Ko‑Kwel Spirits products, including tasting notes, production insights, and recommended service techniques, to ensure front‑of‑house teams are confident and knowledgeable brand ambassadors.
  • Enter all orders into the production system‑of‑record to ensure accurate data is available daily for record keeping and compliance requirements.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)
Physical stuff to know

This role involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds (those barrels and boxes add up), and maintaining a polished presence in a lively tasting‑room environment. Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing and manual dexterity required. You'll need to be available to…
