This sales‑oriented position provides quality guest service in ticket and concession sales while maintaining the cleanliness of the theater. It offers an opportunity to obtain the knowledge and skills to become an Assistant Manager within 90 days. Candidates must be 18 years old or older.

• Engage guests with eye contact and a smile.
• Use suggestive sales techniques to inform guests of special promotions and savings.
• Efficiently complete sales transactions of tickets and/or concessions on point‑of‑sale terminals, accept all types of payment and correctly make change.
• Maintain accurate cash and inventory levels.
• Assemble food items (popcorn, drinks, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, etc.).
• Conduct theater checks and hardscape checks outside the building.
• Conduct crowd control.
• Clean inside and outside of the concession stand and maintain stock of concession supplies.
• General cleaning of theater and lobby areas.
• Enforce the MPAA rating system.

• Availability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Ability to actively listen and understand others’ points without interrupting.
• Effective communication in and comprehension of English.
• Ability to perform math calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Food handlers permit or ability to obtain one.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete a background check prior to hire or promotion.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching.
• Ability to talk, see and hear.
• May occasionally be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
