Sales Associate

The Sales Associate role is an integral part of the store’s success and efficiency, supporting Coach’s Service and Selling Models, creating a positive first impression, building ongoing customer relationships through a personalized experience, and leaving a positive, lasting impression.

• Uphold Coach’s Sales and Service expectations at all times.
• Incorporate local market knowledge and support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics.
• Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive relationships with customers.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, communicate current pricing and promotions, and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
• Foster a team selling environment and collaborate with management to meet personal and store metrics.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling floor and adhere to retail policies and procedures including POS, operations, and asset protection.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to Coach standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding and meeting individual shopping needs and maintaining professional demeanor.

• Experience:
  
  1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Technical:
  Basic computer skills, familiarity with POS systems, iPad/laptop use, and reading price/product release sheets.
• Physical:
  Ability to work at a fast pace, maneuver in store areas, and lift up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds for product shipment/transfer).
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
