• Achieve individual sales goals.
• Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate Kate Spade Experience.
• Build personal connections with guests using effective selling skills.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and initiate business‑driving events in store.
• Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador of the company.
• Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.

• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.
• Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Available to work the store schedule, including evenings and weekendsli>
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.

BASE PAY RANGE $17.13 TO $18.00

* Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
