We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office/Data Entry Assistant with bookkeeping experience to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, entering financial information accurately, maintaining organized records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting and office functions.

- Enter invoices, bills, payments, and other financial transactions
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintain vendor and customer records
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records
- Assist with bank and credit card transaction entry
- Bank and credit card Reconciliations
- Prepare basic spreadsheets and accounting reports
- Follow up on missing invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation
- Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed
- Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or office data-entry experience
- Experience with Quick Books preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
