NOW HIRING: STAFFING COORDINATOR FOR LONG-TERM CARE
Location:
Complete Care
SHIFT: FULL-TIME (1st Shift)
rate: $32 - $35 (depending on experience)
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of staff within the long-term care facility. This includes managing the staffing levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and addressing any scheduling issues that may arise. The role involves effective communication with various departments to guarantee the appropriate allocation of resources and maintain a qualified and skilled workforce.

- Long Term Care Staffing Coordinator experience
High School Diploma
Drop Stat
and UKG experience helpful but will train - Organized
- Experience in Staffing
- CNA experience a PLUS
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and personnel.
