School-Based Services

• Pay: $22-$24/hour
• Para should have experience potty training as well as some experience collecting data

• Assist Classroom Teachers:
  Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students
• Support Students' Learning Needs:
  Work closely with individual or small groups of students to reinforce lessons, assist with assignments, and provide accommodations for those with special educational needs
• Promote Positive Behavior:
  Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere

• Associate’s Degree Or at least 60 college credits Or you have passed the Paraprofessional Praxis Pro Exam
