Tax Preparer Enrolled Agent

Are you an experienced Enrolled Agent who loves solving IRS problems and helping clients get peace of mind? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Enrolled Agent to join our growing boutique accounting firm. At Saavedra Group, we specialize in tax resolution, tax preparation, and strategic planning for business owners.

• Represent clients before the IRS and state tax agencies in audits, collections, and offers in compromise
• Analyze client tax issues and develop effective resolution strategies
• Prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, etc.)
• Communicate with clients to gather documents and explain resolution plans
• Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and accurate filings

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience with tax resolution and tax prep
• Comfortable using Drake Software (or willing to learn)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
