A Registered Professional Nurse coordinates total nursing care for patients and participants in patient and family teaching for an assigned group of patients. The Registered Professional Nurse provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and other patient‑care team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

As the RN you will provide high-quality nursing care, assist in patient teaching, collaborate with the health‑care team, and uphold HMH standards of care.

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience or active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, strong sense of accountability for improving patient lives, exceptional teamwork focus, dedication to ongoing education, and passion to deliver highest quality care based on strong patient focus.

• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.

Minimum hourly rate: $45.20.
