Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a Dock Supervisor in North Bergen, NJ to lead a team of dock employees and ensure efficient, safe operations. You will set targets, coach staff, and enforce company policies and safety rules while managing KPI performance and daily processes.
The role requires prior management and dock experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work 50 hours per week including nights or weekends as needed. Knowledge of AS/400 and MS Office is a plus.
