Experiential Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and upbeat Experiential Coordinator with hands‑on event experience to help bring our brand to life at fairs, conventions, and industry events. This role goes beyond setting up a booth—you’ll be responsible for thinking through the full event experience and finding ways to make each activation engaging, memorable, and well‑executed.

This is a hybrid role that allows you to report to one of our office locations a few days per week and includes travel to events throughout the year. You may work from McAllen, TX;
Long Island, NY; or North Bergen, NJ (2‑3 days in the office).

• Plan, coordinate, and execute event activations at trade shows, fairs, and conventions
• Conceptualize booth layouts, flow, and onsite experiences to help us stand out
• Manage event logistics, including materials, shipping, setup, breakdown, and inventory
• Travel to events and serve as an onsite point of contact before, during, and after each activation
• Ensure each event reflects a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence
• Identify opportunities to improve future events based on onsite observations and feedback

• 1+ year of experience in events, experiential marketing, brand activations, or a related role (including college event planning, job fairs, campus organizations, or similar hands‑on experience)
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, onsite environments
• Willingness and availability to travel, including occasional weekends
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, energetic attitude and a hands‑on approach
• Ability to lift and transport event materials as needed
• Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus
