OverviewWe are seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to coordinate total nursing care for patients at Four East Surgical. The RN will also provide patient and family teaching, support interdisciplinary care teams, and maintain professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities- Coordinate total nursing care for assigned patients.
- Provide patient and family teaching.
- Collaborate with ancillary, nursing, and other care team personnel.
- Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
- BSN in progress or expected within three years of hire.
- Minimum six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in HMH’s Nurse Residency Program.
- Strong teamwork, accountability, and commitment to ongoing education.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
- National certification in specialty area.
- Current RN license in New Jersey.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Certifications:
BLS, PALS, ACLS, IV Certification.
Minimum rate: $45.20 per hour. Additional compensation may include performance incentives, shift differentials, and other benefits.
