• Coordinate total nursing care for patients and participants, including patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and other patient care team personnel.
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• At least six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or active participant in HMH Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong sense of accountability, focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education, and passion for delivering high‑quality patient care.

• National certification in area of specialty when eligible.

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.

Minimum rate of $45.20 per hour.
