A Registered Professional Nurse coordinates total nursing care for patients and participants in patient and family teaching for an assigned group of patients. The RN provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing and other patient care team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience or be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs; strong sense of accountability, teamwork focus, dedication to ongoing education, and passion for delivering quality care.

• National Certification in area of specialty when eligible.

• Current RN/NJ Licensure
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, IV Certification

Minimum rate of $45.20 Hourly. The posted rate is an estimate of the minimum base pay for this role in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act.

The starting rate of pay is provided for informational purposes only and may differ based on market data, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and budget.
